CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand that life happens. Illness, emergencies, and unexpected circumstances can come up, and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. This allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client. Cancellation Fees: 24+ hours’ notice: No fee Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service Same-day cancellation: 75% of the scheduled service No-show: 100% of the scheduled service Please note that repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable booking fee to secure future appointments. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not be charged a cancellation fee.
